Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Welcome to LetsCompl.ai (referred to here as “LetsCompl”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). LetsCompl.ai is a developer-first compliance middleware and software validation platform operated by letscomplai, inc., a portfolio venture of AKVentures.ai, LLC.

1. Terms of Service

By registering an account, integrating the LetsCompl SDK, calling the gateway API, or using any services on letscompl.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

Scope of Service: LetsCompl.ai provides software, local SDK libraries, and gateway proxies for the validation and compliance-filtering of autonomous AI agent payloads. We are not a legal compliance consultancy, law firm, bank, financial advisor, or credit card processor. We do not guarantee regulatory approvals, absolute protection against malicious prompt injections, or specific business outcomes.

User Accounts: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

2. Pricing & Subscription Payments

LetsCompl.ai operates on a recurring monthly subscription model.

• Developer Plan: Billed at $249.00 USD per month. Includes 5,000 evaluations per month, standard rulesets, local SDK access, and real-time dashboard logs.
• Growth / Agent Plan: Billed at $499.00 USD per month. Includes up to 25,000 evaluations per month. Metered overage usage is billed at $0.02 USD per evaluation over the cap, calculated and charged at the end of the monthly billing period.
• Free Sandbox Mode: A developer sandbox is available for local testing and validation with limited API endpoints. No credit card is required to use the local sandbox mode.

3. Refund, Dispute & Cancellation Policies

Non-Refundable Fees: Recurring monthly subscription fees (Developer Plan at $249/mo, Growth Plan at $499/mo) and any computed metered overages are non-refundable. When you cancel, no further recurring charges will be processed, but we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused quotas in the current billing period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing support@letscompl.ai. To prevent automatic renewal, cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to the next renewal date. Upon cancellation, access to premium features remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Billing Disputes: To report a billing discrepancy or request a transaction review, contact customer support at support@letscompl.ai within 14 days of the charge. We resolve all billing disputes and issue determinations within 3 business days.

4. Delivery & Returns Policy

All transactions are for digital services and software access. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods.

• Fulfillment of Access: Upon successful payment processing, access to the LetsCompl.ai API gateway, developer credentials, and SDK package repository instructions is fulfilled immediately.
• No Physical Returns: Because our services are fully digital and intangible, we do not accept physical returns. All transactions are governed by the refund terms in Section 3.

5. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how letscomplai, inc. collects, uses, and protects personal information acquired through letscompl.ai.

Information We Collect: We collect details necessary to deliver and secure our services, including:

• Identity and registration details (name, email address, password).
• API credentials, keys, and usage statistics.
• Evaluation payload logs. (Note: The local SDK and gateway automatically scrub and redact PII/PHI, including names, SSNs, credit card numbers, and phone numbers. We store only the redacted payload and the evaluation metadata; raw, unredacted PII is never sent to or persisted in our database).
• Payment and transaction details processed securely via our payment gateways.

How We Use Information: We use your personal data to manage your account, secure API routes, process payments, and improve our compliance models. We do not sell, rent, or lease customer lists or personal details to third-party marketing companies.

Data Security: We implement standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your account metadata from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

6. Legal & Export Restrictions

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. LetsCompl.ai does not provide service or process payments for individuals, entities, or organizations residing in countries or regions subject to United States trade embargoes or sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
